COMMISSION ADOPTS RULES GOVERNING THE
ADMINISTRATION OF ACCOUNTING AUTHORITIES
IN THE MARITIME MOBILE AND MARITIME
MOBILE-SATELLITE RADIO SERVICES (Report No. DC
96-28, Action Docket Case)
     The Commission has adopted a Report and Order
setting forth rules governing the administration of
accounting authorities in the maritime mobile and maritime
mobile-satellite radio services, except for distress and safety
communications.
