     The FCC denied the petition to deny filed by the
North Carolina States Conference of Branches of the
National Association for the Advancement of Colored People
(NAACP) regarding the renewal application of WFCT-TV,
Fayetteville, NC; and granted the license renewal application
filed by Fayetteville-Cumberland Telecasters, Inc. for
WFCT-TV, subject to EEO reporting conditions.
