AND FRANCE DO NOT OFFER EQUIVALENT
PRIVATE LINE RESALE OPPORTUNITIES (Report No.

     The FCC's International Bureau today denied the
applications of ACC Global Corporation, a U.S. carrier, for
authority under Section 214 of the Communications Act of
1934 to resell international private lines for the provision 
of switched services between the United States and Germany
and the United States and France.
