ORLANDO AND LAKELAND, FL.  Granted renewal of

liability for forfeiture for $15,000 for EEO violations.  (By

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE/PLMS.  Denied State of
New Hampshire waiver of sections of Part 22 to allow it to
operate a statewide multi-agency telecom systems to serve
public safety and governmental requirements; dismissed the
State's application and returned it as defective; dismissed
State's request for issuance of an order to show cause of for
dismissal of some or all of the competing applications of
McCormick and Jacobson; ordered that the remaining
mutually exclusive applications of M&J will be routinely
processed pursuant to regular Commission procedures.  (By

IRVIN J. FORET, NEW ORLEANS, LA/AMATEUR
LICENSE ACTION.  Accepted settlement agreement and
terminated proceeding against Foret which involved willful
and repeated violations of the Amateur radio service rules.

AMATEUR VANITY CALL SIGNS.  Clarified that a
renewal application for a vanity call sign is timely filed
when received "on or before" the license expiration date.

CABLEVISION.  Granted the cable system's petition for

mandatory broadcast signal rules.  (By MO&O [DA 96-649]

CLAYTON, MO. Granted short term renewals (to January
1, 1997) to stations KFUO(AM) and KFUO-FM, Clayton

licensee, The Lutheran Church - Missouri , to pay $50,000
