Approved the revised zone density pricing plan filed by

AMENDMENT OF PART 80 OF THE RULES.  
Amended the rules to add  Sault Ste. Marie, MI, and
Morgan City, LA, to the list of United States Coast Guard 
designated radio protection areas for mandatory Vessel
Traffic Services systems, as well as, to add a second
frequency within the San Francisco, CA, VTS system.  (WT

AMENDMENT OF PART 80 OF THE RULES.  Amended
the rules to add  Prince William Sound to the United States
Coast Guard's designated radio protection areas for
mandatory Vessel Traffic Services and establish marine
VHF Channel 11 as the VTS frequency for Prince William
