C-TEC CABLE SYSTEM OF MICHIGAN, INC.  Denied
C-TEC request for deregulation as a small operator and for
small system relief and granted the complaint filed against
the rate charged for cable programming service in the
Townships of Robinson, Algoma, Coldwater and Park, Cities
of Vart, Coopersville, and Gladwin, Villages of Pentwater,

WAIVERS OF ONA SERVICES TARIFFING

Network Architecture tariffing requirements for several ONA
services - filed by Pacific Bell and Nevada Bell. Dismissed
as moot petitions for waiver filed by Pacific Bell and
