ADELPHIA CABLE/VALUEVISION INTERNATIONAL.
Granted petition for special relief to delete several central
New Jersey area cable communities from the television
market of WTBY, WHAI, and WMBC.  Dismissed as moot
a signal carriage complaint filed by ValueVision
