OF VIDEO PROGRAMMING.  Adopted and submitted to
Congress a Report on the accessibility of video programming
to persons with hearing and visual impairments.  Pursuant to
Section 305 of Telecommunications Act of 1996, the
Commission is required to conduct inquiries into the
availability of video programming with closed captioning
and video description and report to Congress on its findings
by August 6, 1996.  (By MM Docket No. 95-176 by Report
