COMMISSION ACCEPTS FOR COMMENT A PROPOSED RESOLUTION OF CABLE RATE COMPLAINTS INVOLVING ADELPHIA COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION. The Commission has accepted for comment a Proposed Resolution of cable rate complaints involving Adelphia Communications Corporaiton, that will, if finally adopted by the Commission, resolve approximately 66 pending cable television rate complaints for Adelphia's cable systems.
