ACCOUNTING PRACTICES OF CERTAIN TELEPHONE COMPANIES. Initiated a proceeding concerning certain accounting practices of seven telephone companies. The inquiry is based on audits of the companies' hard-wired central office equipment by the Common Carier Bureau.
