  Forbearance from Enforcement of Section 222 (CC Docket No. 96-115) Deputy Chief,
  Common Carrier Bureau   DA-99-901   Extended until August 16, 1999, the date on
  which the petitions requesting forbearance filed by the petitioners shall be deemed granted
  in the absence of a Commission decision that the Petitions fail to meet the standards for
