FCC PROPOSES FORFEITURE AGAINST US NOTARY FOR VIOLATING THE TCPA REGARDING UNSOLICITED FAXES. The FCC announced its proposed $90,000 forfeiture against US Notary, Inc. for apparently violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Commission's implementing rules by faxing unsolicited advertisements to consumers.
