Troy Cablevision, in partnership with the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs and ICF International, will test the effects of subsidy amounts on adoption by offering a $14 subsidy off a wireline broadband plan within two counties and offer a $24 discount off the same wireline broadband plan in two separate counties.
