The Enforcement Bureau's Investigations & Hearings Division is responsible for investigating complaints regarding violations of the non-commercial broadcast station enhanced underwriting rules.

Complaints
Complaints alleging violation of the enhanced underwriting rules should be in writing and sent to the Federal Communications Commission, Enforcement Bureau, Investigations & Hearings Division, 45 L Street NE, Washington, DC 20554. Complaints should include the call sign and community of license of the station, and the date and time that the announcements that allegedly violate the enhanced underwriting rules were aired. In addition, if possible, it would be helpful for complainants to submit tapes or transcripts of the offending announcements.
