Benefits to Children and Families of National Broadband Plan

FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski delivers a major policy speech outlining how the new National Broadband Plan will benefit children and families. The Chairman also announces child-focused FCC events planned throughout the year to expand the Commission's proactive policy agenda to help children and empower parents. Sesame Street's Elmo joins the Chairman in launching this series of child-focused events.
