This will be the 45-member Video Programming and Emergency Access Advisory Committee's (VPEAAC) first meeting to address captioning and video description on IP capable devices, access to emergency information, and accessibility of user interface. Committee was established by the 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010.
