Yvette Cage, Consumer & Governmental Bureau
Mrs. Cage is an Intergovernmental Affairs Outreach Specialist in CGB, Office of Intergovernmental Affairs Division. She joined the Federal Communications Commission in 1991. Mrs. Cage although a new EEO Counselor; has been a Union Representative for over 15 years. She has a Master’s Degree from Lincoln University.
Kamala Hart, Consumer & Governmental Bureau
Ms. Hart is a paralegal in the Office of General Counsel, Litigation Division. Before joining the Commission in 1996, Ms. Hart worked for the Federal Elections Commission and assisted the EEO office with special projects and programs. Ms. Hart received her bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University, Upper Montclair, New Jersey.
Kelli Farmer, Consumer & Governmental Bureau
Ms. Farmer is a Writer/Editor in the Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau. She joined the FCC in February of 2001. A native Washingtonian, she’s an alumna of Howard University where she received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in the art of Communication. Celeste McCray, Consumer & Governmental Bureau
Mrs. Celeste McCray joined the Commission in January 1995. Currently, she is a Consumer Education and Outreach Specialist in the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau (CGB). Prior to coming to CGB, Ms. McCray worked in the International Bureau (IB) as a Program Manager and the Director of International Visitors Program (IVP). Michelle Hines, Media Bureau
Michelle is an Administrative Management Specialist in the Media Bureau, specializing in Personnel and Human Resources Management, Budget Analysis and Preparation, Financial Management, Program Evaluation, Management Information Systems, Paperwork Reduction and Information Collection, Forms Management, Space and Equipment Management, Records Management and Files Analysis, Organization Analysis and Automated Systems Management. In addition, Michelle serves as an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Counselor, under the direction of the Office of Workplace Diversity. Previously, she held a position as a Human Resource Specialist in the Office of Managing Director’s Recruitment & Staffing Service Center. Specializing in Recruitment, Staffing, Classification and the Agencies Special Programs to include the Attorney Honors, Upward Mobility, Unpaid Interns, Pathways and Cyber Corps Scholarship for Service. Prior to these roles, she worked as an Administrative Management Specialist in the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau. Michelle has served the Commission for over 17 years. In her time at the Commission, serving as a civil servant, she has also volunteered in support of the Combined Federal Campaign, introducing the popular Snack Cart to the Commission. Michelle is a sophomore on the Dean’s list at the University of Maryland University College, studying to achieve a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management.
