||This training should stress a positive reinforcement of procedures at all times. This training should also emphasize the steps required to successfully detect problems and to isolate the problem systematically and quickly without causing further system degradation. Lack of troubleshooting experience and proper training in trouble detection and isolation usually prolongs the trouble detection and isolation process. Special emphasis should be placed on maintaining and troubleshooting problems related to system power equipment which can add significant delay to restoration activities.
