WIRELINE COMPETITION BUREAU SEEKS COMMENT ON
CALIFORNIA TELEHEALTH NETWORK REQUEST FOR REVIEW
OF A DECISION BY THE UNIVERSAL SERVICE ADMINISTRATIVE COMPANY
WC Docket No. 02-60
Comment Date: January 31, 2014
Reply Comment Date: February 7, 2014
The Wireline Competition Bureau seeks comment on California Telehealth Network’s (CTN)
appeal of a Universal Service Administrative Company decision finding 29 CTN sites to be ineligible for
support under the Healthcare Connect Fund (HCF).1 CTN argues, among other things, that its non-rural
clinics should be considered to be eligible health care providers under the HCF and therefore eligible for
rural health care support.2
