Revised Security Agreement Issued for C Block Auction Winners
Deadline for Return of Documents- December 18, 1996

     On September 17, 1996, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau conditionally granted
certain broadband Personal Communications Services C block licenses.  On November 20, 1996,
the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau released a Public Notice, DA 96-1937, indicating that
the deadline for return of the executed note and security agreement was revised to December 2,
1996.  The security agreement has been modified.  Packages containing the new security
agreement and the note should be mailed from the Treasury Department by the end of this week. 
The C block licensees will be required to execute and return the new security agreement and note
to the Treasury Department by December 18, 1996.
