	This is to inform you that as of July 1, 2001, the Uniform Commercial Code for 
filing Financing Statements (UCC-1) requirements have changed and the signature of the 
debtor is no longer required.  The following data is now required:

		Tax Identification number (1d)
Type of Organization (1e) {corporation, etc.}
		Jurisdiction of Organization (1f) {state}
Organizational ID # (1g) {this number can be found on your CHARTER 
document} 

	For your convenience the required data sections have been highlighted on the 
attached UCC-1 form.  Please provide the necessary information and return the 1) 
completed UCC-1 form; 2) the note and security agreement; 3) the most current filed 
charter documents and applicable organization identification number; and 4) a check 
made payable to the FCC for the preparation and recordation of the UCC-1  within 30 
days to:
