The elections by 21st Century Telesis Joint Venture and Third Kentucky Cellular Corporation, which were listed on Appendix A, Accepted Elections, should have been listed on Appendix C, Defective Conditional. The licensees, 21st Century Telesis Joint Venture and Third Kentucky Cellular Corporation, filed elections subject to certain conditions. These filings are rejected as non-responsive and will not be processed in their present form. Unconditional elections must be resubmitted to the Commission and received no later than June 23, 1998, 5:30 PM. These notices must be delivered to the Office the Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, 1919 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20554.
