    ERRATUM TO WIRELESS BUREAU ANNOUNCES BROADBAND PERSONAL
           COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES C BLOCK ELECTIONS

This Erratum corrects two of the appendixes in the Public Notice, Wireless Telecommunications
Bureau Announces Broadband Personal Communications Services C Block Elections, DA 98-1168, which was released on June 16, 1998.  The elections by 21st Century Telesis Joint Venture
and Third Kentucky Cellular Corporation, which were listed on Appendix A, Accepted Elections,
should have been listed on Appendix C, Defective Conditional.

The licensees, 21st Century Telesis Joint Venture and Third Kentucky Cellular Corporation, filed
elections subject to certain conditions.  These filings are rejected as non-responsive and will not
be processed in their present form.  Unconditional elections must be resubmitted to the
Commission and received no later than June 23, 1998, 5:30 PM.  These notices must be delivered
to the Office the Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, 1919 M Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C. 20554.  In addition, a copy of the unconditional Election Notice should be sent
to (1) Wireless Telecommunications Bureau, Federal Communications Commission, 2025 M
Street, N.W., Room 5002, Washington, D.C. 20554, and (2) Rachel Kazan, Federal
Communications Commission, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau, Auctions and Industry
Analysis Division, 2025 M Street, N.W., Room 5202, Washington, D.C. 20554.  NO
ELECTRONIC FILINGS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Failure to file the identical election without conditions by June 23, 1998, will result in a defective
election.
