          CORRECTION FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE (WCS)
                             AUCTION NO. 14
                   BNF: FCC/AC NUMBER FOR WIRE TRANSFERS

       This Public Notice is to alert all potential participants in the
       Wireless Communications Service (WCS) Auction scheduled for April 15,
       1997, that the BNF: FCC/AC Number has been changed for those who are
       making upfront payments by wire transfer.

       The new FCC/AC Number will be "BNF: FCC/AC--911-6878".

       Please disregard the number listed in the Public Notice dated February
       21, 1997, and the Wireless Communications Service Bidder Information
       Package.  This new FCC/AC Number only applies to upfront payments. 
       All other payments should be made in accordance with the instructions
       in the Bidder Information Package.
