On January 27, 1998, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issued a Public Notice
classifying the FCC Form 175 applications into three categories:  accepted for filing (Attachment
A), incomplete (Attachment B), or rejected (Attachment C).  Attachment A inadvertently
identified as accepted the following five applicants whose applications are incomplete:
