     On March 5, 1999, the Wireless Communications Bureau released an Order denying
Jeremy Greene's Petition for Reconsideration.  The delegated authority number contained in the
Order was incorrectly stated as DA 98-2321.  The correct delegated authority number is DA 99-470.
