This Errata corrects portions of the text and final rules in the Third Report and Order and Memorandum Opinion and Order in the above-captioned proceeding, FCC 98-151, which was released July 9, 1998. These errors will be corrected prior to publication of the Third Report and Order and Memorandum Opinion and Order in the Federal Register and in the FCC Record. 2. The fifth sentence of the first paragraph on page 40 of the text version is revised to delete the reference to installment payments, because installment payments will not be available to public coast station licensees. 3. The last paragraph on page 40 of the text version is revised to replace "Third Report and Order" with "Third Report and Order and Memorandum Opinion and Order." 4. Paragraph 10 of Appendix F is deleted to conform to the text of the Third Report and Order and Memorandum Opinion and Order, and paragraphs 11 through 17 of Appendix F are renumbered 10 through 16, respectively. 5. Section 80.60(a) is revised to replace " 80.371(c)(1)(B)" with " 80.371(c)(1)(ii)." 6. Section 80.70(c) is revised to replace " 80.371(c)(1)(A)" with " 80.371(c)(1)(i)." 7.
