On February 17, 2000, you submitted a Joint Request for Approval of Settlement Agreement with the Commission, providing for a settlement whereby the application of United Broadcasters Company will be granted as amended, and the remaining three applications will be dismissed. Accordingly, this letter is notification that MX Group FM1 and the above- referenced applications are hereby removed from the Closed Broadcast Auction No. 28 scheduled for March 21, 2000.
