On June 30, 2017, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau of the FCC released an Order establishing the per‐minute compensation rates to be paid for all telecommunications relay services (TRS) from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, pending further action from the Commission. The Order also establishes the total size of the TRS Fund for this year and the contribution factor, i.e., how much Interstate and international revenue covered service providers must contribute to the TRS Fund.
