On April 25, 2017, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released a Public Notice listing the entities that have applied to participate in the National Deaf-Blind Equipment Distribution Program (NDBEDP), also known as “iCanConnect,” starting July 1, 2017.

The FCC received at least one application for each state and territory that is served by the program.  The FCC will announce by future Public Notices the names of the entities that were selected.
