The FCC released a Notice of Inquiry (NOI) on April 7, 2011 seeking comment on how the Commission could work with stakeholders, including consumer advocates and other parties, on how to improve the deployment of broadband services.  The NOI also asks questions on the FCC’s current definitions of “broadband” and “adoption.”

NOI comments are due July 18, 2011 and reply comments are due August 30, 2011.  All comments related to this NOI should be referenced WC Docket No. 11-59.
