On December 9, 2022, the FCC released an Order granting Mezmo Corporation, dba InnoCaption, full certification as a provider of Internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Service (IP CTS).

InnoCaption had been operating pursuant to a conditional certification to provide IP CTS using either communications assistants or only automatic speech recognition.  InnoCaption’s certification is effective from December 9, 2022 through December 8, 2027.
