On September 25, 2017, the FCC released an order to grant a waiver to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles US LLC (Fiat Chrysler) of the Commission’s rules requiring the accessibility of rear entertainment systems on certain Fiat Chrysler vehicles. This limited waiver includes a requirement that, within 30 days of the grant of this waiver, Fiat Chrysler notifies all owners of affected vehicles about the availability of an accessibility solution.
