Comments Due:                June 13, 2016

Every two years, the Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 (CVAA) requires the Commission to submit a report to Congress on the accessibility of new communication technologies, telecommunications, and advanced communication services (ACS) and equipment used with these services by individuals with disabilities. The next report is due on October 8, 2016.

On May 23, 2016, the FCC released a Public Notice seeking comment on these matters to help prepare this biennial report.  After reviewing the comments, the FCC will seek additional comments on its tentative findings before it submits the final report to Congress.
