On July 16, 2018, the FCC’s Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau (CGB) released a public notice granting certifications for 54 states and territories to continue their state telecommunication relay services (TRS) programs.  The certifications remain in effect for a five-year period, beginning July 26, 2018 and ending July 25, 2023.
