On June 5, 2019, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau released a public notice seeking comment on Hamilton Relay’s petition for reconsideration of the FCC’s exogenous cost recovery guidelines for costs incurred by Internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Service (IP CTS) providers in regard to registration of IP CTS users in the Telecommunication Relay Service User Registration Database.  Registration of IP CTS users in the Database is required by the February 2019 Report and Order on IP CTS.

On June 26, 2019, CGB released a public notice announcing that oppositions to Hamilton’s petition must be filed on or before July 3, 2019 and replies to the petition must be filed on or before July 15, 2019.

Interested parties may file comments by accessing the Electronic Comment Filing System at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings.  All filings must reference CG Docket Nos. 13-24 and 03-123.  People with disabilities who need assistance to file comments online at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings may request assistance by email to FCC504@fcc.gov.
