On May 15, 2020, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released a Public Notice seeking comment on the Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) Fund administrator’s proposed provider compensation rates, funding requirement, and carrier contribution factors for interstate TRS for the period from July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021. 

The FCC is also seeking comment on a related request filed by Sprint Communications Company L.P. regarding the 2020-21 Fund Year rate for Internet Protocol Relay Service (IP Relay).

Interested parties may file comments by accessing the FCC’s Electronic Comment Filing System at https://www.fcc.gov/filings.  All filings must reference CG Docket Nos. 03-123 and 10-51. Parties commenting on the Sprint request should also reference RM-11820.  People with disabilities who need assistance to file comments online at https://www.fcc.gov/filings may request assistance by email to FCC504@fcc.gov
