Comments Due: January 7, 2013
In December 2010, the FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB) began a review of its hearing aid compatibility (HAC) rules for wireless handsets.
On November 1, 2012, WTB released a Public Notice seeking information and comments to update its review of HAC
requirements for wireless handsets.
The NEW deadline for filing comments in this proceeding is January 7, 2013. (Note that this has been extended from the original deadline of December 26, 2012.)
