The Inspector General Act of 1978, as amended, specifies the reporting requirements of the Semiannual Reports (SARs). The SAR is issued every 6 months and provides a listing of all audit reports issued during the period and summaries of significant reports, as well as reports on significant investigations and statistical case information. Information concerning the findings and recommendations in audit reports and FCC Management’s evaluation of the findings are also included in the SAR.
