Dear Counsel:

This letter concerns the above captioned mutually exclusive applications proposing modification of the 
referenced facilities.  On January 28, 2000, you submitted a Joint Request for Approval of Agreement 
with the Commission, providing for a settlement whereby Elijah will specify a new antenna pattern and 
Citicasters will dismiss its application for change of location of Station WMXV(AM).  Accordingly, this 
letter is notification that MX Group AM2 and the above referenced applications are hereby removed from 
the Closed Broadcast Auction No. 28 scheduled for March 21, 2000.  See Public Notice, "Closed 
Broadcast Auction" DA 99-2958, released December 23, 1999.
