Technology released a public notice1 inviting interested parties to update and refresh the record pertaining
to two specific issues raised in the Commission’s 2010 Wireless Microphones Further Notice.2 The
Federal Register published a summary of that public notice on October 22, 2012.3 Accordingly,
comments are due on or before Wednesday, November 21, 2012, and reply comments are due on or
before Wednesday, December 12, 2012. The public notice and the Federal Register summary4 provide
instructions for filing comments and reply comments.
