DATA AND INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO PUBLIC IN SPECIAL ACCESS NPRM

WC Docket No. 05-25, RM-10593

We announce in this Public Notice that, pursuant to the protective orders noted below, public
inspection of confidential and highly confidential data and information submitted in response to the
Special Access Facilities Data Public Notice and the Competition Data Request Public Notice in the
special access proceeding may begin.1 In those notices, we instructed persons who wished to submit data
and information that contained confidential and proprietary information to do so in accordance with the
Modified First Protective Order, the Second Protective Order, and supplements to the Second Protective
Order
.2 However, we noted that such data and information would not be made available to the general
public until Commission staff had received and performed an initial review of the submissions for
completeness and responsiveness.3 Staff has now completed that initial review and, pursuant to the
applicable protective orders, the public may now review that information.4
