both occasions observed that there were no satellite earth station facilities. Representatives of the licensee confirmed in statements made on
November 10, 2011, that the licensed facilities do not exist. The license terminated pursuant to 47 C.F.R 25.161, effective no later than
August 3, 2011. Updating of the license file to reflect termination is without prejudice to enforcement action.
