On March 7, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 60 days, to
continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain the Intelsat 702 space station at the 33.0° E.L. orbital
location using the following center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz and
6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). The grant also authorizes Intelsat to continue to operate Intelsat 702 in inclined orbit to provide Fixed-Satellite
Service at 33.0° E.L. in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70
GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On March 7, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 60 days, to continue
to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions necessary to maintain the Intelsat 8 space station at the 169.0° E.L. orbital location using
the following center frequencies: 12.747 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.748 GHz (space- to-Earth) and the 13.998 GHz (Earth-to-space). The grant
also authorizes Intelsat to continue to operate Intelsat 8 at the 169.0º E.L. orbital location to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 3700-4200
MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 12.25-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

Commission's rules governing ex parte communications. We find that designating this proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" will facilitate
communications with the parties. Thus, we designate IBFS File No. SAT-STA-20130220-00023 as "permit-but-disclose," effective March
4, 2013. See 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.1200(a), 1.1206 and 1.1208 note 2.
