SUSPENSION OF FILING DEADLINESThe FCC's number one priority is to resume normal operations as soon as possible. Many of the
Commission's regular services, including access to electronic dockets on the Commission's website, were
not available during the government shutdown due to a government-wide lapse in appropriations.
As a result of this, the Commission is suspending all FCC filing deadlines that occurred during the
shutdown or that will occur on or before October 21, 2013 - other than Network Outage Reporting
System (NORS) filing deadlines - until further notice. The Commission will soon issue further guidance
on revised filing deadlines.
The FCC asks parties to refrain from submitting filings seeking additional relief until they have reviewed
the further guidance that the agency will be issuing.
We appreciate your patience as we resume normal operations.
