ERRATUM

Released: June 22, 2012

By the Chief, Enforcement Bureau:

On June 14, 2012, the Commission released a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture,
FCC 12-62, in the above-captioned proceeding. This Erratum corrects a typographical error in paragraph
34 to make it consistent with paragraphs 1, 12, and 32, and read as follows:

ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED

that, pursuant to Section 503(b) of the
Act,120 and Section 1.80 of the Commission’s rules,121 Telseven, LLC is hereby

NOTIFIED of its APPARENT LIABILITY FOR A FORFEITURE

in the
amount of one million, seven hundred fifty-eight thousand, four hundred sixty-five
dollars ($1,758,465) for willfully or repeatedly violating the Act and the
Commission’s rules.
