telecommunications service provider that directly interconnects with the incumbent LEC’s network. Such
objections must be filed with the Commission, and served on the incumbent LEC, no later than the ninth
business day following the release of this public notice. See 47 C.F.R. § 51.333(c). The effective
implementation date of all changes is subject to the FCC’s public notice period under section 51.333(b). See
47 C.F.R. § 51.333(b).
