David H. Solomon has been Chief of the FCC Enforcement Bureau since the Commission created the Enforcement Bureau in 1999.

Mr. Solomon previously served as FCC Deputy General Counsel from 1994-1999 and as Assistant General Counsel for Administrative Law from 1987-1994. Prior to coming to the FCC in 1987, he practiced communications law at Crowell & Moring, a Washington, D.C. law firm, and worked for Paul Simon when he was a Member of Congress.
