MyFCC Widget Descriptions

Commission Documents

With the Commission Documents widget, you can track the most recent documents published in EDOCS by each bureau or office.  You can select up to five bureaus and offices per widget but can also add a second instance of the widget in order to track more bureaus and offices.

Topic Watcher

When it is posted online, the material on FCC.gov is associated with various content topics.  You can select up to five topics and choose which content types you would like to track.

FCC Leadership

The FCC Leadership widget displays the recent documents posted in EDOCS by the offices of the chairman and commissioners.

FCC Twitter

The FCC Twitter widget displays the most recent entries posted in the FCC’s official Twitter account.  You can specify how many tweets display, ranging from 5 to 20.

FCC Facebook

The FCC Facebook widget displays the most recent entries posted in the FCC’s official Facebook account. Up to five of the most recent entries are displayed.

FCC YouTube

The FCC YouTube widget displays the most recent videos uploaded to the FCC’s official YouTube channel. You can also access the website through the widget.

Today’s Documents

The Today’s documents widget displays the documents posted in EDOCS today.

Daily Digest

The Daily Digest widget displays the most recent edition of the daily synopsis of Commission orders, news releases, speeches, public notices and all other FCC documents that are released each business day.

Federal Register

The Federal Register widget displays five recent FCC filings, collected using the Federal Register API.

Blog

The Blog widget displays the recent posts from the official FCC blog.  Clicking ‘More’ will display five more.

Reports

The Reports widget displays the recent reports published on FCC.gov.  Clicking ‘More’ will display five more.

Events

The Events widget displays upcoming public events.  Clicking ‘More’ will display five more.

Working Papers

The Working Papers widget displays recent working papers published on FCC.gov.  Clicking ‘More’ will display five more.

News

The News widget displays recent items published in the FCC Newsroom.  The Newsroom collects the most recent blog posts, events, videos, speeches, statements, testimonies, and news releases.  Clicking ‘More’ will display five more.

Doing Business

The Doing Business widget displays the quick links to top FCC business resources as displayed on the FCC homepage.

Personal Links

The Personal Links widget gives you the ability to create custom bookmarks.  You can hide and reveal the ‘Add Link’ section by clicking the arrow below it.  To edit one of your bookmarks, click the gear link to the right of the bookmark.  Clicking the X next to the right of the bookmark will remove it.

FCC Forms

The FCC Forms widget displays quick links to FCC Forms.  Clicking the gear link in the top right of the widget will allow you to change which forms are linked.

Online Filing

The Online Filing widget displays quick links to Online Filing systems. Clicking the gear link in the top right of the widget will allow you to change which systems are linked.

Getting Started

The Getting Started widget provides quick access to helpful MyFCC information and the feedback forums.

Call Sign Lookup

The Call Sign Lookup offers search queries served by the License View API.  You can search for information on AM, FM, and TV call signs.

Phone Book Search

The Phone Book Search widget provides easy access to contact information for FCC staff, including phone number and email address.

FCC Encyclopedia Search

The FCC Encyclopedia Search widget offers a quick search option for articles in the FCC Encyclopedia.  Searches query the titles of articles and must be more than three characters in length.

FCC Live

The FCC Live widget offers easy access to live streaming video during public events.
