The Wireline Competition Bureau seeks comment on a request for review filed by Copper River
Native Association (Copper River), seeking reversal of Universal Service Administrative Company
(USAC) decisions denying rural health care universal service support to portions of certain funding
requests for four health clinics because Copper River violated the Commission's competitive bidding
