LOWER 700 MHz BAND LICENSES

Auction 44

Report No. AUC-44 (Auction 44)

On January 16, 2013, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau announced that it was prepared
to grant applications in the Lower 700 MHz C and D block Auction (Auction 44), provided that the
applicant made full and timely payment of the remaining balance of its winning bids.1 [5] The Commission
has received full and timely payment, as required by section 1.2109(a) of the Commission’s rules, for the
licenses listed in Attachment A.2 [5]

Accordingly, by this Public Notice, we announce the grant of the licenses listed in Attachment A.
We grant these licenses, pursuant to section 309(a) of the Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. § 309(a), and
section 0.331 of the Commission’s rules,3 [5] because it will service the public interest, convenience, and
necessity.

This Public Notice includes the following Attachment:

Attachment A: The Applications the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau Is Granting – sorted by
Applicant.
